- Provide all guest of the hotel with a high level of friendly , courteous, personalized and efficient service

- Beware of any VIPs , Long stayers and return guests staying in the hotel

- Beware of any anticipate guests needs and desires

- Handle all the guest complaints tactfully and pass on to the Duty Manager on duty immediately for follow up

- Be sure to use guest’s name minimum of twice during conversation

- Help promote and sell the hotel’s facilities at every opportunity

- Maintain a good product knowledge and updating all information in front desk

- Carry put the daily duties outline in work schedule efficiently and accurately

- Check any messages /telex/fax/mail to pass to the guest concern

- Read the log book to know any information and unsolved problems from the previous shift

- Prepare all stationers and forms that will be used for daily operation

- Check all rooms keys in rack and inform to Duty Manager if there are any missing /leaking key to follow up

- Have responsibly to give discount for walk-in guest as per instruction

- Inform to department concern for any guests who check-in with no luggage (walk-in) and prepare cash-in order form to distribute to department concern to avoid skip per guest

- Prepare and distribute guest in house list to department or section concern in very shift

- Prepare the distribution of groups and departmental report such as GM/DOSM/FOM etc.

- Assist the visitor for any appointment with management for business

- Ensure effective communication between themselves and all others in department

- Keep the front desk/counter clean well and tidy

- Preparation for group check-in

- Handle late check-out / pre-registration

- Preparation for cold towels for guest arrivals

- Preparation request forms for fruit basket/flowers/coffee and tea etc…

- Apartment guest inventory and checking

- Handle lost and found items with housekeeping

Required Skills

- Any graduate
- Can speak English fluently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have experience in related field
- Familiar with Opera System
