Position Purpose / Context
To accomplish primary goal of maximizing revenue for each channel in all the business regions.


Key Duties / Responsibilities
1)    Analyze and Report Numeric and Weighted Distribution for each market by Category, Brand, Pack, SKU and Channel
2)    Analyze and Report Volume and Value Share for each market by Category, Brand, Pack, SKU and Channel
3)    Conduct Competition Analyses - Work with the Brand and Channel team for competition pricing update on monthly basis
4)    Analysis and share Volume Price Mix impact/gap by Region
5)    Weekly and Monthly Forecast & RE Submission
6)    Detailed monthly positive and negative revenue Insights
7)    Post Promotion Analysis
8)    Focus and New SKUs post analysis as per agreed template
9)    Customer Channel and Customer’s VPO class updation/upgradation in Customer Master Data
10)    Share the Insights with CDE, Master data team in case of cooler upgradation or degradation is required based on cooler Report by Channel and VPO Class.
11)    Presell Vs. Conventional Market Performance
12)    Commercial Dashboard Update
13)    All Management Information (Reporting) Systems must be standardize and handover to the concern function for their use
14)    Give input to Master Data Team and HR to update the master data in case of any changes in systems, Customer's Channel, Active/Inactive, SR, STL, TSM & GSM Updation (Zero DFLT in Margin Minder)
15)    Participate in GSM form to share the market insights and new changes in master data

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

     University/Bachelor’s degree
     3 -5 years of experience with Data Analysis & Reporting
     Sales and Commercial knowledge of FMCG companies
    Burmese, English
    Proficient in MS Excel, PPT, Margin Minder, BI
    10% of the time in travelling
