  • Lead Sales Team of Cable Technology and implement clear sales strategies to enhance competitive position.
  • Coordinate and evaluate sales activities to expand customer based and increase sales volume; maintains contacts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and services territorial accounts directly.
  • Manage start from Initial Sales Leads, transform into quotation, wining of Projects until delivery of Products to the End Customers.
    Liaised with Inter Company Team/ Regional Team and request for supports which can boost up the departmental business. Inter Company Cross Selling is highly recommended.
  • Monitor competitors, movement to update supervisor of the market situation and propose new methods to support sales teams in attaining new accounts. 
  • Maintain up-to-date files and portfolios of company sales literature, products specifications, promotions, samples and prices. 

  • Bachelor Degree in various perspectives, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years sales management experience in Cables or related business
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both English and Myanmar language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience managing territorial sales and diverse product offerings.
  • Sales skills: presales, sales and post sales techniques.
  • Supervisor skills: Coaching/ mentoring experience with less senior sales staff.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated and able to work with under pressure.
