Myanma Apex Bank Ltd was incorporated on July 2, 2010 and opened its first branch office in Naypyitaw on August 17, 2010. Other services include gift cheques, payment orders and local remittance services.

Requirements

-    Any Graduate or other relevant academic backgrounds (Graduates with an IT background is preferable!)
-    Age is between 20 years and 28 years old
-    Have 3 years of working experience in a related field (At least one year working experience in a back-office operations job is preferable! )
-    Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-    Can write and speak basic Conversational English
-    Good interpersonal skill, presentation skill, negotiation and communication skill
-    Mutual respect within the team
-    Positive thinking and enthusiasm
-    Myanmar Nationality Only

Duties & Responsibilities

-    Have a full understanding of the CMS Cadencie System.
-    Perform system parameter changes, as needed, in compliance with the standard change request process and set
     rules and policies.
-    Regularly coordinate with the Business, Project Management, IT and Operations Teams on system inquiries and
     other assistance that may be needed.
-    Be able to communicate clearly in English language to the CMS vendor and to other 3rd party external entities
-    Be able to provide support and answers on inquiries raised by other support units in a timely manner.
-    Provide support to the CMS System Administrator on all daily activities.
-    Responsible for providing cover to CMS System Administrator during leaves or absences.
-    Provide UAT support as needed for any enhancements or changes in CMS Production environment.
-    Perform other related functions assigned from time to time.
