National Sales Manager
Job Overview

Manage the organizational sales by developing a business plan. Meet plan sales goals. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- To develop nation-wise strategy and tactical plans
- To work with COO to develop nation-wise strategy
- To develop pricing strategy and Integrated Product Strategy for relevant brands
- To develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other external stakeholders
- To develop Market Access Strategy in line with market opportunities and build powerful sales team
- To develop a field force recruiting and deployment plan in line with the strategy
- To develop an incentive policy with clear reward & recognition scheme
- To set objectives and manage performance of direct reports, especially Medical Sales representatives based on business plans and assessment of individual performance Vs objectives
- To develop operational tools, e.g., Monthly call report, Monthly sales record, Monthly expense management, etc aligning with Company’s rules & regulations
- To drive effective & efficient leadership, management and talent development

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Language Skills and Other Skills
- Excellent English Written and Verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sale team.
