Job Scope

You will be responsible for develop and execute the strategic marketing program for retail brands to ensure achievement in KPI.

Major Responsibilities

  • Developing Strategic Marketing Communication Plan including Digital and PR and overall management upon this.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate promotions to optimize ROI on marketing budget using pre and post analysis.
  • Manage the team for Strategic Retail Marketing, Branding, Advertising & Promotion, Sale Promotion including Joint Promotion with MNC and Event Organizing.

Detail Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategy and plan based on Brand Direction, and customer insight that support short & long term business objectives.
  • Responsible for preparation of the annual Marketing, Communication and Promotion plan in cooperation with Merchandizing and Operation Teams.
  • Manage process of developing and implementing Retail Marketing activities with high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage process of In-store Decoration, Purchasing and Allocation POSM, premiums and give-aways by emphasizing in Enhancing Shoppers’ Experience.
  • Management of Joint Promotion Programs with Business Partner and Retail tactical promotions accordingly with the Brand Concept.
  • Manage the Campaign of loyalty Program to encourage the Usage and Frequency
  • Work with external media partners to develop campaign strategies,tactics, action plans and timelines based on project scope, schedule and
    budget.

Job Requirements

  • Burmese nationality .
  • English and Myanmar Fluent, both in speaking and writing.
  • Master in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years as senior level retail or channel management experience in a fast paced including key accounts and general trade in FMCG sector or competitive retail management companies.
  • Proven ability to lead, train and develop associates by practicing a hands-on management style.
  • To be the retail market expert for various retailers and maintain a positive working relationship with management, Co-Workers and team.
  • Must be very detail oriented and process driven.
  • Demonstrate ability to work well under stress and handle potential difficult situations with internal and external customers and associates.
  • Proven track record in development and implementation of Marketing Strategies or Retail Development.
  • Thrive in fast paced environment, passion and skilled in multitasking.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent  communication, prioritizing and must be able to handle multiple, action-oriented, persistent and result oriented.
