Super Seven Stars International Trading Co., Ltd was established in 2001 as a trading firm selling Japanese electronic appliances as well as passenger and commercial vehicles and automobile spare parts. In 2006 Safhi International Pte., Ltd was started in Singapore. Especially ran the purchase car spare parts raw materials from Singapore and resale spare parts raw materials to the Myanmar local market.


Super Seven Stars Motors Industry Co., Ltd was founded in 2007 in Myanmar. This factory manufactures the type of CKD and distributes the average quantity of 18,000 cars per year.From 2012, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd was established and has become an appointed distributor of Kia Motors Corporation (KMC) and SsangYong Motors Company in Myanmar. The Exclusive Distributorship agreement with KMC allowed SSS to open the first brand new car showroom in Myanmar in 2013.


Currently, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd sells Kia passenger cars (Compacts, Saloons, SUV, MPV and Light Trucks) are imported and sold throughout Myanmar through (8) no. of Sales Showrooms. After receiving
SsangYong Motors Co., Ltd’s Exclusive Distributorship agreement, SSS has been selling SUV, MPV and Double Cabin Pickup cars through our sales outlets across Myanmar.


By 2015, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd is representing KIA, Peugeot, DS, Ssang Yong, and King Long Brands in Myanmar; both in licensed manufacturing and overall distribution of the vehicles in Myanmar market. With the consolidated automobiles business of Servicing, Parts supply & Leasing, it makes the company the most wholesome and prominent Automotive Group in Myanmar.Moreover, since 2013, SSS Auto Leasing Co., Ltd set up for handling auto leasing business to corporate
and individual customers.

IT Manager (Software)

Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall systems development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Manage multiple software development and/or enhancement projects, including production support
  • Develop, manage, and track project schedules and budgets.
  • Select, manage, and release contract personnel
  • Manage the day-to-day activities for the application development team within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Make decisions in terms of any development strategies at the technical level, publish recommendations and advise on related best practices
  • Develop long and short-range hardware/software plans to support the business requirements.
  • Consult with business departments to coordinate business requirements, identify projects, forecasting staff, communicate project status, and resolve project issues.
  • Analyze business requirements, in the context of software and integration design and produce accurate work estimates for the software development team.
  • Mentor team members in design and coding techniques as well as time management.
  • Proactively identify and resolve resource conflicts and set priorities for parallel projects.
  • Work closely with Management on resource allocation and project prioritization and subsequent impacts, as well as communicate these impacts effectively.
  • Provide a leadership role in the design, development, implementation and support of software solutions.
  • Utilize the latest advancements in code generation tools, software development frameworks and design patterns and cloud-based services.
  • Review workload and staffing requirements and make recommendations regarding employment, promotions, salary adjustments, and termination.
  • Provide research and recommendations for new approaches for software development technology including hardware, software, and productivity tools.
  • Develop and manage effective working relationships with other departments, groups and personnel with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced.
  • Participate and lead in all software development lifecycle stages including envisioning; specifications & design, application configuration, database design; programming, quality assurance, testing and implementation, and ongoing maintenance and support
  • Manage the activities of work group members by providing opportunities for growth and development, by fostering an environment of open, honest communications, teamwork, creativity, and high involvement, productivity/efficiency.

Requirement

  • Ten years exempt-level business programming experience including two years project management experience in major software development projects, Production Support, Maintenance or enhancement projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Business Application System Design/Analysis techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of System development methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of IS project planning, estimating and management procedures and techniques.
  • Moderate knowledge of techniques used in selection/implementation of software tools.
  • Moderate knowledge of technical trends to assist in planning strategic development methodologies and platforms.
  • Moderate oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Moderate knowledge of MMNA standard or equivalent PC software.
  • BA/BS or MA/MS/MBA degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Moderate knowledge of wholesale automotive industry applications.
  • Previous experience with Web technology (preferably JAVA), CASE technology, and one of the following: DB2, SQL server, Oracle.
