• Develop strategies and execution plans for the bank’s social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns

• Adopt digital technology in marketing campaigns, covering areas such as social media marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, programmatic, re-targeting, etc.

• Review new technologies and keep the bank at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

• Monitor and handle daily operation and maintenance of the bank’s social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Viber, LINE) , websites, including enquires & comments from customers or viewers

• Execute and oversee Google Ads tools and other online advertisings

• Manage the bank’s information on Google Maps such as adding or claiming branches’ locations, ensuring visibility of branches on the Maps

• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) on all social media platforms of the bank

• Create compelling digital content to engage new and existing viewers/followers to build buzz and brand equity across various social media platforms

• Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and corporate compliance

• Structure editorial execution and create materials for periodical newsletter or magazine, website, social media, catalogs/brochures

• Use data and testing to optimize and improve digital marketing content and targeting for all communications

• Research and provide knowledge on digital innovation and identify new ideas for collaboration to increase engagement, influence and brand visibility • Execute and manage marketing video campaigns and productions

• Design, manage and execute email marketing to gain brand awareness and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

• Manage marketing budget for specific products and segments and ensure effective deployment to enhance return on investment and in accordance with departmental guidelines

• Execute marketing initiatives and campaigns for specific products and segments that are customer centric while driving business results

• Define program and channel strategy & set KPIs; monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

• Generate monthly reports for marketing and PR campaign's performance

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

• Regularly assess website for broken links and errors, the accuracy of content, and compatibility/usability issues. Repair issues identified.

• Manage relationships necessary to carry out position’s responsibilities, leading to successful completion of assigned digital marketing projects and initiatives.

• Leverage strong business acumen, coupled with technical ability to use data, to recommend digital marketing strategy enhancements to achieve designated goals.

• Manage and monitor digital listening for the client reputation and integrate into monthly reports, marketing campaigns, organizational insights, and problem resolution processes.

Skills Required:

• Good project management skills and ability to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and in a team with minimum supervision.

• Strong analytical mind and planning skills.

• Demonstrate expertise in web publishing: from structuring a website for organization of content to copy editing.

• Proficiency with search engine marketing, Google Analytics or similar applications, mobile technologies and application integration.

• Adaptable and strategic-minded with good time management skills.

• Commercial awareness, creative thinking, structure and attention to detail.

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing or Business Administration is required

• Prior experience in implementing contemporary digital, website, social media marketing, content marketing strategies and tactics, and managing SEO/SEM

• Experience managing issues through social/editorial, assisting in preparation of documentation around issues management: driving conversations, impact of issues on communities/communications and providing recommendations; and knows what tools to utilize to get to the result

• Experience in traditional and digital marketing, copywriting advertising or promotional materials

• Understanding of media partnerships and influencer relationships and where the opportunities lie; have experience developing and managing those partnerships

• Solid understanding of financial industry trends and consumer behavior

• Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practice

• Passion for the digital marketing and associated technology

• Excellent command of English and Myanmar

• Collaborative, problem solving, and precision in execution

• Proficiency in Microsoft office and business software is required
