This role is to make sure the company is conducting its business in full compliance with all national and international laws and regulations that pertain to its industry, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Define necessary level of knowledge on existing and emerging regulatory compliance requirements across the organization.
  • Develop the annual compliance work plan that reflects the organization's unique characteristics.
  • Periodical revision the compliance plan considering changes.
  • Guide in a productive, professional way, the compliance teams.
  • Oversee and monitor the implementation of the compliance program.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and/or training and educational programs, to improve business' understanding of related laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic direction to the management team on compliance.
  • Prepare and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the Board.
  • Interact with regulators on compliance issues.
  • Coordinate efforts related to audits, reviews, and examinations.
  • Develop policies and programs that encourage managers and employees to report suspected fraud and other improprieties, without fear of retaliation.
  • Coordinate internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments.
  • Independently investigate and act on matters related to compliance.
  • Monitor external review processes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master's degree optional) in Law,
    Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related degree
  • Enough experience as a manager or supervisor in compliance and statutory requirements
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office/Applications, especially in MS Excel and Email
  • Be able to work in quality and analysis fields.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, Good communication skill and Time Management skill
