Responsibilities:
• Formulates and deliver effective communication strategies to build and nurture CB Bank branding so as to maximize company and brand exposure and ultimately to drive business growth

• Leads the strategic planning, development and execution of a robust marketing, public relations and communications strategy

• Ensures marketing and communications strategies are integrated and aligned with corporate goals and internal cross-functional strategies and brands

• Incorporates new and innovative communications channels and approaches into communication strategy

• Implements marketing & campaign plans, including bank products positioning, campaign development strategies, and market strategy insights

• Manages branding budget and creative development components

• Manage relationships with external advertising, media and creative agencies

• Ensures the completion of market analyses and monitors the competitive activity in the market as well as conducting gap analyses and financial modeling

• Integrates PR processes in brand marketing campaigns that ensures maximization in return

• Actively works together with Marketing team in arranging new product campaigns, seminars, consumer engagement, promotions, exhibitions

• Forecasts market’s product demand information, identify potential supply issues and develop contingency plans

• Initiate and monitor the bank’s advertisement and branding on various marketing channels including but not limited to radio, TV, billboards, online media and printed media

• Attend regular marketing/branding planning meetings and communicate new ideas and feedback regularly

• Research and find strategic locations for effective billboard and signage advertisements to increase brand awareness and visibility

• Leads and arranges Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events and promote the bank image


Skills Required:
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent leadership skills and problem-solving skills

• Optimistic personality and have a growth mindset

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Demonstrated knowledge of media relations, news industry, digital marketing and social media

• Expert level understanding of Marketing strategy and translating it into an appropriate Commercial branding strategy


Qualification Required:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is required

• Major and proven success in Marketing or branding in a business

• 10+ years of experience in relevant Marketing industry or business is preferred

• Experience in leading a sizable team with good people management and interpersonal skills

• Good command of English and Myanmar Languages

• Team player with positive attitude

• Highly organized and detail oriented
