  • Ensure application of all HR policies & regulations in a consistent manner and insisting that all employees follow the required Country’s labor law/ Company/health & safety legal guidelines without deviation.
  • Ensured practical employee support, Employee relations, Performance procedures & cases & disciplinary actions and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • People Management, Data Entry Management, staff supervision and communicate expected goals from them and organizational and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Ensure all government necessary certified and regulatory requirements are met by maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms



  • B.S. degree in human resource management and / or business admin.


  • Minimum of 3+  years of HR function
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
  • Performance review methods and techniques
  • Staff training, development and recognition
  • Experience with HR software
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
