EAC Company is one of the biggest FMCG companies in Myanmar. The beginning of EAC was at the turning point around 1990, where Myanmar’s business started developing. As a trading company we transport grains to china and in return consumer goods such as battery cells, soft drinks were imported back to Myanmar.

EAC was founded during the rise of Myanmar market. Due to the changes of the market trend, the business model of trading outside of the country transformed into production and distribution of products within the country.

HR Executive (Yangon-Upper Myanmar)

Principle Responsibilities

(1) Rewards
  • Prepare all levels of employee monthly salary
  • Prepare and record monthly statistics data and report to HR Manager
  • Prepare estimate budget for compensation and benefit for all employee
  • Prepare for income tax payment
  • Deduct the late and leave without pay
  • Calculate and prepare for the payment of employee commission and monthly performance appraisal

(2) HR Information System (HRIS)

  • Ensure the system adopted is able to provide functions required, store the relevant information and user friendly
  • Work with the systems consultancy/vendors to resolve issues
  • Ensure confidentiality in all employees data in the system to ensure accuracy
  • Be the Super user for the system and train others
