F&B Manager for Aye Yar River View Resort, Old Bagan

Seeking in good personnel with respect hygiene and well grooming, who ever upmost interested in F&B to proof who they really are!!


. Report to General Manager the daily operation matters as well as the monthly report

. Manage well in overall F&B operation in daily and other concerned outlets in the resort 

. Oversees all culinary, restaurant, beverages and room service in daily operation

. Smart to handle outdoor functions as well as to handle the indoor function too

. Well organize person and have good interpersonal skills to deal with staff as well as to the guests 

. Motivated and train the staff to gain excellence service and achievements

. Know task very well and work with professional manner

. Perform daily duty and work together with production team as well with different other outlets with professional manner

. Manage and supervise the department duty roster to handle day to day operation

. Handling of a guest complaint and problem until its solved to get guest satisfactions with appropriate manner

. Use professional techniques skill to lead the team to achieve with excellence service and gain revenue

. Ensure all reservations and functions are well set up accordance to meet up the guest requirements and expectations 

. Maintain the standard operation procedures as basic guide line to show the outlet staff to serve standard service towards guests

. Must be available to work in any shift and also can work upon request anytime   


. Must be Graduate

. English four skills ( fluently speak in English )

. Good at with Excel, Microsoft Word 

. Minimum three years and above experience in related field

. Preferred the holder of related business certificates such a Hospitality Management, Product Knowledge, Health and Safety, Food Safety & Security
