Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage & lead a group of in-house team and drive to complete the day-to-day operational activities;
  • Supervises maintenance works to ensure that contract service providers perform all contractual obligations under various term contracts
  • Plan preventive works schedule, conducts and supervises inspections to building and grounds to identify defects/irregularities and follow-up on rectification works
  • Develop and implement procedures and performance measures to ensure efficiency, accuracy and reliability of work methods and systems
  • Conduct site inspections and facilitate the execution for Cyclical Maintenance Works, Building Improvement Works, Annual Building Inspections and
  • Periodic Structural Inspections
  • Prepare of Building Action Plan and operational budget and ensure that expenses are spent within budget
  • Upkeep and maintain building operation manual and other records relating to building and its facilities
  • Source and manage outsourced vendors/service providers to ensure preventive maintenance are carried out as planned
  • Attend to tenants’ requests, feedback and marketing request promptly
  • Conduct inspections for the handing and taking over of tenanted premises
  • Liaise with external parties on matters relating to the building
  • Plan, organize and manage the performance of team members and where necessary initiates corrective actions to cover shortfalls in performance and capabilities
  • Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans
  • Conduct regular checks on grounds to ensure office space are well maintained
  • Establish control & operational guidelines, and liaising with the relevant authorities for regulatory compliance for each site


  • At least 3-5 years of management experience in the related field
  • Graduated from University or Higher, preferably diploma in Related fields
  • Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing)
  • Ability in planning, organizing, evaluating, making decisions, taking responsibility and working in a big team      
  • Giving ideas and continually improve, be able to lead,build good relationships with other co-workers 
  •  Good skills in training and developing personnel.
