Key Responsibility of the Role

•    Assures the satisfaction of all guests
•    Provides a friendly and personal welcome for guests
•    Offers an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints
•    Heeds any remarks made by guests and ensures follow-up
•    Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
•    Respects the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment used
•    Responsible for the Hygiene of service areas and waiter working in it.
•    Respects the invoicing and cash operations procedures
•    Helps manage crockery and appliances by avoiding breakages
•    Keeps an inventory of equipment and tracks items coming in and out in coordination with the Outlet Manager
•    Before every work shift, finds out about dish composition and any shortages
•    Helps employees improve their skills and provides support for career development
•    Increases revenue for the point of sale through additional sales techniques

Job Requirements

•    Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in hotel/resort environment.
•    Post-secondary education in hospitality management preferred.
•    Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices and techniques as they relate to all areas of food and beverage specifically in a pub/bar environment.
•    Must be able to converse in English
•    Sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience.
•    Highly organized, goal and results oriented with ability to execute plans and manage change effectively.
•    Effective decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment.
