Super Seven Stars International Trading Co., Ltd was established in 2001 as a trading firm selling Japanese electronic appliances as well as passenger and commercial vehicles and automobile spare parts. In 2006 Safhi International Pte., Ltd was started in Singapore. Especially ran the purchase car spare parts raw materials from Singapore and resale spare parts raw materials to the Myanmar local market.


Super Seven Stars Motors Industry Co., Ltd was founded in 2007 in Myanmar. This factory manufactures the type of CKD and distributes the average quantity of 18,000 cars per year.From 2012, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd was established and has become an appointed distributor of Kia Motors Corporation (KMC) and SsangYong Motors Company in Myanmar. The Exclusive Distributorship agreement with KMC allowed SSS to open the first brand new car showroom in Myanmar in 2013.


Currently, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd sells Kia passenger cars (Compacts, Saloons, SUV, MPV and Light Trucks) are imported and sold throughout Myanmar through (8) no. of Sales Showrooms. After receiving
SsangYong Motors Co., Ltd’s Exclusive Distributorship agreement, SSS has been selling SUV, MPV and Double Cabin Pickup cars through our sales outlets across Myanmar.


By 2015, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd is representing KIA, Peugeot, DS, Ssang Yong, and King Long Brands in Myanmar; both in licensed manufacturing and overall distribution of the vehicles in Myanmar market. With the consolidated automobiles business of Servicing, Parts supply & Leasing, it makes the company the most wholesome and prominent Automotive Group in Myanmar.Moreover, since 2013, SSS Auto Leasing Co., Ltd set up for handling auto leasing business to corporate
and individual customers.

Expansion Manager – Site Acquisition Property Manager

Job Description

•    Ensuring site-specific market value calculation and evaluation of commercial properties 
•    Carrying out the examination and prequalification of real estate offers and the evaluation of exposés 
•    Ensuring expansion and intensification of the real estate business 
•    Maintaining contacts with architects, developers and construction authorities nationwide in any relevant municipality and public administration 
•    Ensuring the procurement of various services, such as commissioning, monitoring and accounting of repair and maintenance services incl. the supply, maintenance and service contracts and supervising the respective rental arrangements 
•    Ensuring the annual profitability planning and ensuring the agreed budgets 
•    Regular inspection of the properties 
•    Maintaining contacts with estate agents, real estate sellers, centre operators and owners 
•    Initiation, supervision and approval of repair and maintenance services 
•    Professional and strategic support of the departments construction management and contract management, in order to take account of legal regulations 
•    Carry and maintain all commercial property contract data 
•    General correspondence and support of portfolio controlling 
•    Obtaining of licenses, considering the respective necessary building regulations for the planned structural changes to the existing properties 
•    Ensure the content and formal control of development plan procedures and other planning procedures if necessary, taking into account the necessary urban design concepts 
•    Participation in compiling statements and filing appeals as well as for implementing or supervision of administrative procedures. •    Supervision and negotiation of existing rental agreements 
•    Creation of qualified object evaluation documents on the basis of detailed site analysis 
•    Ensuring the acquisition and negotiation of contracts and the implementation of objective contract reviews 
•    Ensuring the enterprise-wide estate strategy while respecting modernization projects

Requirement

  • Must speak, read and write English.
  • Education: Preferably a Bachelor or Master's degree in real estate, business, finance, or accounting or relevant experience.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of varied corporate real estate and site selection, performing financial analysis
    acquisitions, asset management or real estate finance.
  • Specific Skills/Knowledge/Licenses:Strong understanding and knowledge of current market conditions and strong
    ability to analyze market data to provide current and future property value recommendation.
  • Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated experience in negotiation of letters of intent, purchase
    agreements and ground leases.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, legal documents and real estate agreements.
  • Ability to perform detailed financial analyses of concerning site acquisition & redevelopment activities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and successfully meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn new software as needed.
