YKKO began in 1988. Back then, we were a small kyah-oh store with a single shop Yankin suburb. Today, we are privileged to connect with hundreds of customers every day, with additional items in our menu such as barbeque, and fresh juices. Job Description

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning and managing appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for internal teams and external partners
  • Manage executive’s travel itineraries 
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, such as staff appreciation events
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Produce reports and presentations
  • Prepare confidential and sensitive documents according to the executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals
  • Coordinates office management activities
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
