ACE Group of Companies started developing in the hospitality industry in 2008 to answer to a lack of hotels in Nay Pyi Taw. The ACE Hotels and Tourism Group was created with the aim to increase the economy of Myanmar by developing the tourism industry and the objective to serve local and foreign guests with high-quality international standards.

Our Royal ACE Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw, opened in 2013, corresponds to this international services standard and proved his capacity to welcome foreign guests with class, especially during the SEA Games in 2013 and
the ASEAN summit  in 2014 while it hosted the Indonesian President and his entourage.

We work closely with organizations, governments, companies and suppliers to fulfill the expectations of our guests and welcome them as if  they were arriving a comfortable home.

Job Requirements:

•    Related diploma or certificate holder.
•    Age 35 and above.
•    At least 5 years of working experience in 3 or 4 star Hotel background is required.
•    Knowledge in various cuisines (eg Western, Chinese, and Asian etc.) is an added advantage.
•    Basic knowledge of English Speaking and writing.
•    Good in MS Office.
•    Excellent knowledge of F&B Production management and F&B Production operations.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Leadership abilities and excellent organizational and time management skills.
•    High customer service focus.
•    High levels of flexibility and adaptability.
•    Strong team playing skills.

Job Description:
•    To ensure that all outlets kitchens adhere to Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures and minimum standards.
•    To ensure that each Chef prepares and updates the relevant section of the Departmental Operations Manuals.
•    To monitor food standards in each outlet and banquet.
•    To work with the Outlet Chef to take corrective action where appropriate.
•    To coordinate the stewarding requirements of the kitchens.
•    To assist in the development of product specifications for all menus.
•    To encourage Sous Chef to be innovative and creative.
•    To ensure that product consistency in quality of appearance and taste.
•    To assist the Purchasing Officer in the cost effective production of raw products.
•    To conduct meetings with the Outlet Management teams.
•    To share with the F&B management the responsibility to maximize revenue and profits.
•    To ensure accurate maintenance of food recipe data.
