Job Area

E-Commerce Merchandising Executive will be responsible for handling day to day activities and workload of the merchandising team.

Job Description

  • Demonstrates people skills and working with different teams.
  • Responsible for leading fellow and junior team members who handle different categories and site merchandising to ensure smooth work flow in the day to day business.
  • Working with social media team to communicate merchandising plans.
  • Responsible for assisting the team to create and execute monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly merchandising plans.
  • Achieving category development goals, monthly sales and yearly goals and KPIs.
  • Work with suppliers, 3rd Party merchants and internal merchandising and inventory planning and logistics teams to ensure product  availability in warehouse/stores for new launch, regular and promotion items.
  • Collaborate with E-commerce Operations team on a daily basis
  • Identify new areas for products and brands to use omnichannel touch points to reach to the consumer.  
  • Be a dedicated point of contact for E-commerce Merchandising related aspects with all internal and external parties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from a recognized university
  • Merchandising, Sales and Category Development background is a plus.
  • Proficient in English
  • Minimum 4 years of related work experience is preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills - especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead fellow team members.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and deliver results with multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to use different systems, gather all raw data and create monthly reports. 
  • Effective communication skills with both internal and external parties.
  • Familiar with using tools and technology.
