We are partnering with a international brand name in children English literacy to setup a brand new center in Yangon. Our english center aims to lay a strong foundation in English literacy in young children, using a systematic and structured reading programme. The center will provide native speaking teachers and small class size to ensure high quality of programme delivered to the children.

Customer Service Officer (FULL Time Position)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Meet monthly sales target, renewal and referral targets, as set by owner and centre manager

• Manage your diary ensuring that all necessary phone calls and appointments are carried out on time

• Book the sufficient number of appointments to ensure we can achieve the sales target in a week and month

• Book renewal appointments for new term with Parents

• Act as a main contact between Student and Teachers and centre manager

• Update Parents about students’ progress & renew student’s new terms

• Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student’s & Parent’s satisfaction

• Daily report to the centre manager for any operating issue

• Support centre marketing/student recruitment activities

• Manage Transition of Students and Toilet Breaks

Contribute to Student Growth and Retention:

• Support Marketing events to increase student enrolment at the school.

Team work

• Assist Centre manager in any tasks (example, follow up with parents, preparation for school marketing events, etc…)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Proven work experiences as a Customer Service Officer

• Very Good Customer Service 

• Patient and Good communication skill

• Hardworking and High Commitment

• Be fluent in spoken and written English as need to communicate with native English-speaking foreign teacher

• Basic in accounting/sale & marketing knowledge is a plus point
