1. Must be to able to solve customer complain and must be able to explain clearly for customers’ questions upon our services.
2. Must be able to solve serious complain in time, to prepare complain letter and send to HOD for necessary action and follow up and solve to customer satisfaction.
3. Must be able to open on call ticket and transfer to LSP Management Dept and follow up to close the job.
4. Must be able to avoid customer dissatisfaction and able to solve cleverly and politely to have customer satisfaction.
5. Must be able to handle BSS software for billing, downgrade/upgrade, advancement payment and activation.
6. Must be able to attend the training and must be learned skillfully.
7. Must be able to obey the necessary guideline of Manager and General Manager.
