Super Seven Stars International Trading Co., Ltd was established in 2001 as a trading firm selling Japanese electronic appliances as well as passenger and commercial vehicles and automobile spare parts. In 2006 Safhi International Pte., Ltd was started in Singapore. Especially ran the purchase car spare parts raw materials from Singapore and resale spare parts raw materials to the Myanmar local market.


Super Seven Stars Motors Industry Co., Ltd was founded in 2007 in Myanmar. This factory manufactures the type of CKD and distributes the average quantity of 18,000 cars per year.From 2012, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd was established and has become an appointed distributor of Kia Motors Corporation (KMC) and SsangYong Motors Company in Myanmar. The Exclusive Distributorship agreement with KMC allowed SSS to open the first brand new car showroom in Myanmar in 2013.


Currently, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd sells Kia passenger cars (Compacts, Saloons, SUV, MPV and Light Trucks) are imported and sold throughout Myanmar through (8) no. of Sales Showrooms. After receiving
SsangYong Motors Co., Ltd’s Exclusive Distributorship agreement, SSS has been selling SUV, MPV and Double Cabin Pickup cars through our sales outlets across Myanmar.


By 2015, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd is representing KIA, Peugeot, DS, Ssang Yong, and King Long Brands in Myanmar; both in licensed manufacturing and overall distribution of the vehicles in Myanmar market. With the consolidated automobiles business of Servicing, Parts supply & Leasing, it makes the company the most wholesome and prominent Automotive Group in Myanmar.Moreover, since 2013, SSS Auto Leasing Co., Ltd set up for handling auto leasing business to corporate
and individual customers.

Job RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
•    Follow up the customers who bought the cars and asking weakness and strengths of the car.
•    Suggesting information about other products and services.
•    Maintain customers’ record by updating complaint information.
•    Determining the cause of the problem.
•    Following up to ensure resolution.
•    Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
•    Prepare products or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
•    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•    Preparing and doing the surveys for customers to find out strengths and weakness of our services.
•    Discuss goods or services information with customers.
•    Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
•    Respond to customer problems or complaints.
•    Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
•    Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
•    Refer customers to appropriate personnel.
•    Respond to customer problems or complaints.
•    Coordinate operational activities.
•    Report survey results to Chairman and senior manager.
•    Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
•    Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
•    Reviewing information from events, showrooms, service center to detect or assess problems.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:
•    Any graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Customer Relation
•    8+ years’ experience in related field
•    Customer Service Skills, Product Knowledge Skills, Quality Focus, Problem Solving Skills, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening Skills, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing information, Multi-tasking, Microsoft Office Skills.
•    English four Skills.
