Job Description

•    Answering incoming calls and respond to customer emails, messages from social media
•    Manage and resolve customer complaint
•    Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
•    Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
•    Follow up customer call where necessary

Job Requirements

•    Good communication skills , Good knowledge on Social Media
•    Basic level of English Lg and computer skill ( Microsoft Excel , Word )
•    Current not studying or taking any certificate courses
•    Can work on shifting schedule
•    open to Myanmar Nationality applicants
