• Any Graduate & Diploma in Sales/Marketing Management
• Should have minimum 5 years experiences as Sales incharge or showroom sales head
• Age should be above 30 years
• Candidates can communicate in English & Chinese speaking candidates will be preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc)
• Candidates should have experience handling B2B, B2C Business selling high value equipment, machinery, technologies.
• Shall work independently under challenging environment
• Should be highly organized, self-motivated and ability to sales multiple brands of vehicle
• Candidates should be able to develop strategies & Business Plan for Sales & Marketing of Vehicles of all Brands New Cars like KIA, Peugeot, Ssangyong, King Long etc.
• Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
• Candidates should drive sales target as per KPI and strive team performance
• Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop sales plans/ marketing plan effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance
• Deliver sales speeches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase
• Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals
• Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity
• Assign and designate sales quotas and territories to staff according to individual potential
• Ensure marketing objectives and activities are in line with sales targets
