Community Executive

Job Description

  • Respond to Facebook Messages, Comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on feedback and Facebook reviews
  • Liaise with Marketing, Service and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers
  • Analyze message traffic & inquiries, and import to the system
  • Relay community feedback to relevant internal department.
  • Daily/Monthly Report to line manager

Requirements

  • Excellent writing skills. ( Typing skills for both MM/ENG)
  • Ability to drive online customer engagement
  • Knowledge of online marketing ( Digital Marketing)
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Willingness to work around the clock (willing to work on shifting schedule)
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Graduated
