Head of Communications & PR

Report To: CEO

Job Purpose
To manage the development of branding and PR campaigns, as well as manage PR activities, monitor contents to be communicated internally and externally, and control over corporate brand image, to ensure effectiveness of communication and PR messages

Principal Accountabilities

Effectively perform functional accountabilities below:
- Propose and gain approval on Internal and External Communication policies, standards and guidelines
- Propose and gain approval on Internal and External Communication strategy and plan, as well as set targets and goals for current operations
- Manage process of setting internal and external communication directions for the company regarding the key messages
- Manage the development of brand identity, and monitor the execution of brand communication and activities
- Ensure that all branding and communication to the public are in alignment with corporate branding position
- Manage and review contents to be communicated through all communication channels
- Manage the development and implementation of communication and media plan, in which include news releases, management speeches, parts of
annual reports, publications, and corporate events
- Mange process of liaison with PR agencies, news agencies, event organizers, and etc.
- Manage process of gathering opinions and feedbacks regarding the communication activities
Develop action plan to provide guideline and instruction for team
Supervise, monitor and control utilization of CAPEX and OPEX to ensure optimal corporate benefit and alignment with budget plan
Identify required skills and competency, as well as provide coaching and motivate team members for career growth and development
Envision future business, forecast and plan for expansion or changes that may effect the company
Manage, monitor, and evaluate performance of subordinates to ensure achievement of department goal and target
Ensure operational compliance with the company’s policies and regulatory requirements
Engage in regular meetings/ updates with team members, collect feedback, encourage and promote team spirit
Collaborate and support on other initiatives upon request
Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level
