Program Overview

CB Personal Banker Program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding career. As a Personal Banker, you will be ready to
bring your ambition and initiative to Retail and Business banking. In turn, you will gain more than just financial training, as we get you ready to drive this increasingly important engine for the banking sector.

Learning and Development

Once you have joined this program, you will start building your skills and capabilities through a structured training program. Developed and delivered by professional trainers and Business unit leads, investment products as well as client engagement. In addition, you will learn to harness your potential through the needs-based coaching program with your manager.

Responsibility

  • Actively Participate in training programs to acquire essential job knowledge and skills.
  • Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs, in accordance with the Bank's program standards.
  • Working closely with various Business Units to uncover and fulfill banking needs of the customers.
  • Finding new clients and maintaining existing relationship with personal banking customers.
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior for customers at all time.
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor(s).


Requirement

Qualification Required:

  • At least a bachelor's degree (preferably in banking, finance, marketing, hospitality) from an accredited university is required. Other related disciplines may also be considered.
  • Good Language skills in both English and Myanmar is preferred.
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing is highly preferred.
  • Pleasant outlook and personality.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to build sold relationship with the customers and to work with the internal colleagues.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Detail oriented and customer service focused.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes.
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality with all information.
  • Ability to work under stressful environment.
