Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the strategic planning and campaign development strategies of mobile banking products
  • Ensure new product development strategies are integrated and aligned with corporate goals and internal cross-functional
    strategies and brands
  • Implement marketing & campaign plans, campaign development strategies, and market strategy insights
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, customers, vendors and other professionals involved in the production,
    sales and marketing of products
  • Analyze the market to understand competition and measure the needs of a specific product
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments in arranging new product campaigns, seminars, consumer engagement, promotions, exhibitions
  • Analyze market’s product demand information, identify potential supply issues and develop contingency plans
  • Oversee the internal business development process for new framework and sales samples
  • Provide project management support for high-priority initiatives such as pricing analysis, product strategy, customer
    segmentation and financial growth projections
  • Provide competitive analysis, updates on product strategies, trends in the marketplace, client and prospective profiles, and
    other related materials to members of the team to assist in the sales process

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to use structured thought processes to dissect issues and develop solutions
  • High proficiency in MS-Excel, comfortable with databases, and analyzing data form multiple sources
  • Excellent leadership skills and problem-solving skills
  • Optimistic personality and have a growth mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Strong organization and project management skills

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field is required
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in relevant Marketing industry or business development or similar fields is preferred
  • Experience in leading a sizable team with good people management and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable experience in researching and evaluating businesses for investment and business development potential
  • Experience in competitive benchmarking, market research and analysis
  • Good command of English and Myanmar Languages
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
