Responsibilities and Duties

·    Plan and carry out marketing and promotional activities for the company

·    Asst. Marketing Manager in laying out the local brand strategies

·    Work closely with sales team and for execution of marketing activities

·    Manage and execute events and workshops

·    Prepare editorial copy for all marketing and internal communications materials such as company newsletters, career fair and recruitment materials, sales brochures, press releases, case studies, articles and commentary

·    Measure the impact of media programs; analyze, review and report on effectiveness of our company’s media campaigns



SOCIAL MEDIA


·    Support and/or manage media communication, advertising and campaign/promotion on both offline and online (social media, Facebook, instagram)

·    Manage brand presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter and other relevant blogs, sites, ecommerce and forums

·    Monitor social media for conversations and trends related to company brand and feedback insights to the Regional to align overall business strategy

·    Measure the impact of social media programs; analyze, review and report on effectiveness of our company’s social media campaigns



CUSTOMER SERVICE


·    Handle all the Business to retail stores

·    Plan, manage and execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Program

·    Responsible for prompt and effective call resolution to all questions and issues raised by customers.

·    Provide customers’ after-sale service on their queries of the products


Desired Skills and Expertise


·    Min. Bachelor degree with Marketing and/or Digital trained preferred

·    At least 2-3 years experience in marketing/brand management

·    Proficient in written & oral communications skills in English (to liaise with associates/counterparts)

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
