Myanma Apex Bank Ltd was incorporated on July 2, 2010 and opened its first branch office in Naypyitaw on August 17, 2010. - Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds
- Age between 21 years and 30 years old
- Have at least two years of working experience in related field
- Good IT skill, analytical thinking skill, interpersonal skill and presentation skill
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communications skills (English is a must)
- A good team worker and possess good attitude
- Willingness to learn and work in the challenging environment
- Myanmar Nationality Only

Duties & Responsibilities

- Review and evaluate rewards redemption requests to ensure compliance to the rewards qualifications.
- Handle rewards redemption fulfillment tasks.
- Regularly coordinate with rewards vendor, One Empower, on all issues relating to rewards redemption.
- Reconcile all rewards redemptions and ensure all redemptions billed by One Empower matches the actual
   redemptions of credit card customers.
- Answer all inquiries from customers or call center agent regarding rewards redemption.
- Regularly liaise with the card business marketing team on any changes in the rewards item campaigns.
- Performs other credit card related functions assigned from time to time.
