Myanma Apex Bank Ltd was incorporated on July 2, 2010 and opened its first branch office in Naypyitaw on August 17, 2010. Since inception, we have extended our branch network steadily to facilitate commercial development and investment across all of Myanmar as well as to better serve our growing customer base through a larger banking network.

For international banking, we provide foreign trade finance as well as worldwide payment services with partners, including Western Union, VISA, Master Card, China Union Pay and other major card organizations. Other services include gift cheques, payment orders and local remittance services.

-    Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder and International Graduate is preferable!)

-    Age between 26 years and 40 years old;

-    Have 5 ~7 years of working experience in related field (Product Analysis and Creativity);

-    Have proven experience with successful outcomes in a financial services or retail banking environment (ideally with credit cards product


-    Have experience in documenting and managing product requirements as well as performing marketing related activities (market research,

     customer surveys, focus groups,…)

-    Understanding of economics and customer lifecycle as well as consumer finance industry (ideally credit card business model)

-    Strong knowledge of business, marketing, data analysis and technology;

-   Excellent interpersonal skill, communication skill, presentation skill and analytical skill

-   Passionate, enthusiastic and flexible individual

-   Computer literate and proficient in English and Myanmar, any other language is an asset

-   Myanmar Nationality Only

Duties and Responsibilities

-    Oversight and management of assigned cards Products like credit cards;

-    Ensure all Product developments are in compliance with Card Schemes and regulatory requirements;

-    Develop Product Programs for Management’s approvals;

-    Overview the development of all Products Collaterals including T&C, Product information, Card Mailers working in conjunction with Cards

     Marketing to ensure that the Bank’s branding are strictly adhered to;

-    Establishing annual targets with Card acquisition teams and to monitor the delivery of the products and services;

-    Originate, maintain and develop strategic relationships with the clients for card products;

-    Work in conjunction with the Bank's internet and mobile banking team to ensure that our products are properly communicated and card

     applications forms are displayed for customers’ application of our cards;

-    Training, coaching and mentoring of the staff;

-    Training to branches;

-    Establishment of regular report for Management in terms of products usage and acquisitions;

-    Develop the requisite SOP for the team;

-    Research the market for new products development;

-    Comparison sheet for competitors products and services;

-    Report to Vice President of Product Development;
