Myanma Apex Bank Ltd was incorporated on July 2, 2010 and opened its first branch office in Naypyitaw on August 17, 2010. Requirements

-    Any Graduate (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (Graduates with an IT background is preferable!)

-    Age between 27 years and 40 years old

-    Have 5 years of working experience in a related fields (At least 2-3 years of working experience in a back-office operations job is

     preferable! )

-    Have background in Merchant Acquiring Business with good grasp on Credit Card Operations

-    Able to learn and understand use of MAB banking systems like the Card Management System and Core Banking System.

-    Computer literate & proficient in English ( Written and Verbal )

-    Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills and problem-solving skills

-    A good team worker and possess good attitude

-   Myanmar Nationality Only

Duties & Responsibilities

-   Handle first level escalations for investigation and immediate resolution.

-   Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Merchant Acquiring Support Team.

-   Prepare productivity reports and submit this in a timely manner.

-   Perform random checks on newly opened Merchant Acquiring accounts in CMS to ensure the processing adheres to the set fulfillment

    policies.

-   Will be the alternate point of contact in MAB to coordinate issues with the 3rd party rewards vendor

-   Will provide timely replies to inquiries coming from the business team, branch, and call center.

-   Will closely track and ensure timely creation of accounts and avoid any delays which may cause customer complaints.

-   Will closely track and ensure timely settlement of 3rd party vendor billings and avoid any delays which may cause penalties and fees.

-   Will handle customer complaints escalated by POS Deployment team as determined to be beyond their control.

-   Performs other credit card related functions assigned from time to time.

-   Help manage any UAT activities on Merchant Acquiring system enhancements
