Myanma Apex Bank Ltd was incorporated on July 2, 2010 and opened its first branch office in Naypyitaw on August 17, 2010. For international banking, we provide foreign trade finance as well as worldwide payment services with partners, including Western Union, VISA, Master Card, China Union Pay and other major card organizations. Other services include gift cheques, payment orders and local remittance services.

Requirements

-    B.Tech (IT) / B.E (IT) / Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other equivalent in IT.

-    Have at least (1) year of working experience in IT/Banking Industry (Preferably with experience on ATM or exposure to any of the Cards

     Management System Host Application and other brands of ATM and Network Switches. )

-    Experience on debit/credit card processes and experience on Schemes operation.

-    Experience and exposure on Oracle DB PL/SQL or any programming languages.

-    Experience and exposure on Linux, Tomcat, Oracle Applications.

-    Knowledge on system development life cycle (SDLC).

-    Strong Analytical skills and Reasoning ability.

-    Good interpersonal skill, presentation skill and cooperation skill

-    Good command in English & Computer literate

-    Myanmar Nationality Only

Duties and Responsibilities:

-    Responsible for the Card Management Solution Daily EOD Batch processes

-    Provide support for fixing the issues within the agreed SLA time lines.

-    Responsible for providing assistance to the Unit Head on various project implementations.

-    Responsible for new ATM Device Test (Hardware & Software), VPN & Firewall Configuration, 3G SIM Card Router Configuration

-    Coordinate with Vendor and ATM Operation Team ATM devices operation, technical support and processes.

-    Educate & share ATM knowledge to right person.

-    Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Repair & Error Solution for Feel Switch.

-    Execute and ensure completion of UAT activities and corresponding updates.

-    Identify and mentor the successor for the job role by end of 2020.

-    Provide details and information on the monthly status updates for assigned projects.

-    Maintain cordial relationship with all the departments, service the job/change requests based on the business priority and benefits for the

     Bank.

-    Establish and maintain a sound working relationship with ATM & Vendor Support and the other vendors support that the Bank deal with.

-    Responsible for the smooth operation and functioning of Bank ATMs and related Applications.
