Assistant Payroll Manager (1) Post

Key Area of Accountabilities

  • Ensure the calculation of salaries with other incomes and deduction are correct and accurate to submit account department at the end of every month
  • Ensure and check the account headings are correct in the ledger resent by account
    department
  • Check the data in Performance Evaluation forms submitted by respective departments are correct and calculate the salaries after getting the approval
  • Check the clearance of resigned staff for the settlements of benefits, EPF, saving, PB, commission and incentive requested
  • Prepare the calculation of salaries for permanent staff after checking the data submitted by respective department and prior submitting to management for approval
  • Facilitate new staff orientation on payroll system and procedures in accordance with Quality Management System
  • Perform good interpersonal communication with other staff from different departments

  • Good leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and cooperation with internal/external staff
  • Good negotiation skills and constructive approach
  • Good understanding and performing Standard Operating Procedures for Quality Management System

Experience & Educational Requirements

  • Graduate, HR Diploma or relevant degree holder
  • At least three years working experience HR related fields
  • Advance Excel Skills
  • Good interpersonal communication
