Assistant Manager (Auto Repair)

Duties and Responsibilities

Overall responsible for all financial processes

Plan and implement the sales promotion and marketing

Defining sales target plan

Managing the inventory and stock shortage

Overall monitoring the branch shop

Responsible to increase sale revenue and profit

Morning meeting with all staff member

Confirm job situation by control board and follow up

Manage the count cash and then submit cash report

Manage the tomorrow job schedule and prepare for morning meeting

Review yesterday result (explain, number of customer, repair result, overnight job situation)

Prepare monthly meeting, report, sales plan achievement and detail analysis

Review half month sales result and consider counter action

Consider and take action to achieve monthly target (Servicing, paint, body etc.)

Review quarterly and yearly financial statement

Prepare yearly sales plan, promotion plan and budget plan

Requirement

Age 30-45 years

Report to Manager (Auto Repair)

Unit Auto Repair Unit

Language Good in English or Japanese

Travelling Can travel

Office Hour 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Working Days: 6 days/ week

Gender Male

Experience Minimum (5) years

Education MBA/ Any graduate + Diploma or professional certificate in related field

ICT Experience Good in internet, email, viber,WhatApps & WeChat etc.,
