ACE Group of Companies started developing in the hospitality industry in 2008 to answer to a lack of hotels in Nay Pyi Taw. The ACE Hotels and Tourism Group was created with the aim to increase the economy of Myanmar by developing the tourism industry and the objective to serve local and foreign guests with high-quality international standards.

Our Royal ACE Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw, opened in 2013, corresponds to this international services standard and proved his capacity to welcome foreign guests with class, especially during the SEA Games in 2013 and
the ASEAN summit  in 2014 while it hosted the Indonesian President and his entourage.

We work closely with organizations, governments, companies and suppliers to fulfill the expectations of our guests and welcome them as if  they were arriving a comfortable home.

The group then developed through the years and A.C.E Hotels and Tourism Group is willing to become one of the major players of the hospitality and services industry in Myanmar. With a portofolio of more than 10 hotels over the country, its willing is to demonstrate to the world the traditional welcoming and generosity of Myanmar people.

  • Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma of Human Resources Management.
  • 5 Years Experience in Human Resources Management level. Experience in Hotel Industry will be positively considered.
  • Knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management especially recruitment, compensation, training and development law, employee relations, engagement, and development.
  • Must have knowledge of standard HR management processes such as recruitment.
  • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Must have good Interpersonal Skill, Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill.
  • Must have labor law and industrial relations knowledge.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Establish HR plans.
  • Specialized training in related HR functions.
  • Age – Between 30 to 35 Years Old.
