Area Sales & Marketing Manager(Mandalay Branch)

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales & Marketing Manager to contribute to our company's sales objectives by supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationship. And also provide innovative ideas for business growth by using creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes and develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' need 
  • business to business marketing visits, may cold calls clients,  and develops plans to gain new customers. They determine the focus of sales efforts and assign sales territories with set sales goal

Requirements :

  • Any Degree Holder and Diploma Of Marketing 
  • Proven work experience at Least 5 Years as Sales Manager
  • Experience managing a high performance sales team
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance matrices
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills 
  • Analytical skills with a problem solving attitude 
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Very good commend of written and spoken English Language
