We are looking for a Dev Operation position to instruct, solve and support users on day to day issues related to our system and mobile apps. More prefer with good experience in working with Point of Sales system, Membership system, Payment Gateway System.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the system, Mobile apps and cloud services
  • Implement system integration that requested by customers
  • Deploy features, updates and fixes
  • Provide Level 2 technical support
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Involve in System integration testing (SIT) and User acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Follow up and follow-through issues and actions and drives them to closure in a timely manner.
  • Provide the system’s documentation, user manual and reports
  • Conduct the system related training to internal and external users

Job Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Technology or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps support or application development using standard language such as PHP, VB Scripts, C#, .Net and Java,JSON
  • Strong experience with SQL and MySQL database Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies/tools and cloud services
  • Knowledge and experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) will be an added advantage
  • Solution orientation and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work individually on project as well as be a team player
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in written format
  • Strong commitment to quality work, customer services and high productivity
  • Intermediate English skills including oral and written
