Milestones in our History

Establishment (1997-2003)

Our journey began with a building materials trading business founded by U Yang Ho in 1997. Just one short year later we started providing construction and steel structures engineering services. In 2001, we diversified again with the manufacture of office automation and fire-resistant safes from the outset, our commitment and goal has been to bring the most innovative product s, services and machinery to improve living standards in Myanmar.

Expansion (2004-2008)

A stage of strategic development commenced in 2004 when we moved our head office to Shwe Pyi Tha Industrial Zone. The following year marked the start of the fabrication of roofing, siding, decking and sectional products. We expanded our business units in Nay Pyi Taw and Mandalay in 2006 and 2007 respectively. Our investment in fabrication lines for heavyweight structural steel revolutionised the construction sector in 2008.

Diversified Development (2009-2012)

Further strengthening of our market position was undertaken with the set-up of CNC fabrication lines and H Beam welding lines in our steel structure facilities. In addition to this, our expansion was followed by a period of diversification into other complementary areas of the construction industry. In 2009, we established Asia Concrete Products and three years later we moved into heavy machinery and equipment rental services.

Diversified Investment (2013-present)

Mottama Holdings was founded in 2013 to consolidate our position in the market and we also established two other entities, Myanmar Aquariums and Prime Metal. Min Dhama Company, Excellent Office Automation, Maha Land Development were all instituted in 2014, Min Dhama Steel Structures in 2015 and M Tower in 2016. This period of strong, diversified investment continued in 2017, with the formation of three additional companies, namely; Mottama Development Group, Min Residence Property Management and Grand Yangon Public


To capitalise on our good reputation in construction, manufacturing and trading, in order to become the most reliable business partner of industry estate and infrastructure development in Myanmar.

Job Description

  • Demonstrates solid applications knowledge of at least one software environment (ie. Application, language) and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
  • New system implementations and system upgrades to assist in finding solutions by implementing, testing, integrating, reviewing and validating functional specifications, identifying resources and establishing a team to implement the solution, able to manage projects with limit scope.
  • Responsible for preparing technical specification as a roadmap for software, performing routine system backups and upgrades, providing instructions and training to staff when necessary, monitoring, recoding and responding to requests for support , scheduling and running regular tests to enhance the current systems and applications, identifying and developing functionality changes
  • Responsible for investigating and diagnosing system faults and errors, resolving technical issues, for communicating messages regarding systems issues to users in a timely manner, analyzing error trends aimed at reducing/minimizing down time
  • Responsible for installing new operation systems and releases, database configuration, maintaining documentation of key databases and applications linked to them.
  • Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all clinical data
  • Responsible for liaising with software suppliers when needed to fulfil the requirements of the organization.
  • Responsible for performing off hours support as required.
  • Able to work within defined project plans under the direction of a lead/senior analyst, program manager or applications manager utilizing recognized project management methodology.
  • Assures timely resolution as defined by IT service policy of our company.
  • Performs other job related duties or special projects as assigned.
  • Develop reports and Collect data on a daily basis

Qualification & Education

  • M.C.Sc., B.C.Sc, M.C.Tech, B.C.Tech, BE(IT) related IT Degree or Diploma                   


  • Must have at least 4 years experience in related work experience.
  • Must have application support experience including data analysis , manipulation.
  • Must have excellent skill of ERP,databases, and client server concepts.
  • Strong, demonstrable analytical/problem solving skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and simultaneously work on multiple tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess strong teaching skills.
