Role and Responsibilities

·         To solve the problems concern with quality and service

·         to manage the customers’ feed back and claim immediately

·         to report to MD directly as soon as appear the case

·         to claim up to customers satisfy immediately

·         to report back after claim the problem

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·         BE(Civil), AGTI (Civil)

Preferred Skills

·         English Speaking (conversational)

·         auto cad (3D )

·         communication skill

·         Computer ( Excle, word, power point, photo shop )
