Super Seven Stars International Trading Co., Ltd was established in 2001 as a trading firm selling Japanese electronic appliances as well as passenger and commercial vehicles and automobile spare parts. In 2006 Safhi International Pte., Ltd was started in Singapore. Especially ran the purchase car spare parts raw materials from Singapore and resale spare parts raw materials to the Myanmar local market.

Super Seven Stars Motors Industry Co., Ltd was founded in 2007 in Myanmar. This factory manufactures the type of CKD and distributes the average quantity of 18,000 cars per year.From 2012, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd was established and has become an appointed distributor of Kia Motors Corporation (KMC) and SsangYong Motors Company in Myanmar. The Exclusive Distributorship agreement with KMC allowed SSS to open the first brand new car showroom in Myanmar in 2013.

Currently, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd sells Kia passenger cars (Compacts, Saloons, SUV, MPV and Light Trucks) are imported and sold throughout Myanmar through (8) no. of Sales Showrooms. After receiving
SsangYong Motors Co., Ltd’s Exclusive Distributorship agreement, SSS has been selling SUV, MPV and Double Cabin Pickup cars through our sales outlets across Myanmar.

By 2015, Super Seven Stars Co., Ltd is representing KIA, Peugeot, DS, Ssang Yong, and King Long Brands in Myanmar; both in licensed manufacturing and overall distribution of the vehicles in Myanmar market. With the consolidated automobiles business of Servicing, Parts supply & Leasing, it makes the company the most wholesome and prominent Automotive Group in Myanmar.Moreover, since 2013, SSS Auto Leasing Co., Ltd set up for handling auto leasing business to corporate
and individual customers.

Overall Responsibility

Provide the necessary support to the group head of after sales to assist him in the development of the most efficient and effective
automotive organization. The ASODM will lead key development activities including process engineering; business planning; workflow management; training; performance management and KPI reporting

Detailed Responsibilities

The following are the key responsibilities and duties but
the list is not exhaustive and the ASODM is expected to take a proactive
approach to ensure the development of the groups after sales business is
optimized in every respect.

  • Mapping of current, as-is, processes in after sales function (parts & service)
  • Identify and document operational and process issues and weaknesses
  • Prepare detailed action plans to enhance existing policies and procedures and resolve operational weaknesses
  • Prepare and document newly developed processes, policies and procedures
  • Collaborate and cooperate with other operational and support functions (example: IT & Finance) to optimize and integrate new
  • Assist in the development of appropriate KPI’s, and target setting to ensure the after sales business can be monitored for
    optimal business and commercial performance
  • Establish regular reporting process and review including development of appropriate reporting formats and templates. The reporting
    disciplines must provide the Head of After Sales, the CEO and the other management team members with the data and information required to operate the business efficiently and effectively. This should include helping to determine what
    reports, from whom and when
  • Provide implementation support and training for all newly developed processes and procedures
  • Ensure on-going operation of policies, processes and standards by all after sales functions
  • Assist in the development of an appropriate governance and meeting process for communication, action planning and approval
  • Assist in the development, day-to-day management and follow up of an Action Tracker document which ensures the proposed plans
    and tasks are completed by the agreed deadlines
