Job Area

To supervise daily support operations of company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments and branches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies in administrative manager functions to effectively run an organization.
  • Supervise and manage administrative operations of a department.
  • Develop and implement administrative functions to monitor business operations.
  • Accomplishes staff results by disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage and direct the activities of the staff in an administrative set-up.
  • Interact with other department heads in managing the entire administrative operations. 
  • Support front desk management in handling visitors and clients.
  • Purchases materials by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery.
  • Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  • Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
  • Manages all activities (either personally initiated or through subordinates) related to the maintenance of the facilities, office equipment and systems.
  • Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management Team.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Position Requirements

  • Master Degree Holder.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior level administrative position.
  • A high level of responsibility and initiative able to work effectively.
  • Good command of English ( both written and oral ).
  • Strong work ethic, solid interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork/collaboration skills.
  • The ability to work well in a diverse community.
