Pacific-AA Group was established in 1996 with the Myanmar largest pharmaceutical distribution business as well as one of the largest Lubricants distribution business in Myanmar with the overseas subsidiary offices in Singapore and the U.S.A.

Our headquarters office is in Yangon and we have the 12 branch offices in Mandalay, Myintkyina, Mawlamyine, Taunggyi, Lashio, Magwe, Sittwe, Kalay, Meik, Dawei, Pathein and Nay Pyi Taw. We are also planning to open 3 more branch offices in Pyi, Taunggoo and Kyaingtone soon to cover all corners of Myanmar.


We have over 900 employees nationwide with the fleet of over 160 vehicles for nationwide distribution.
We have the nationwide Pharmaceuticals distribution reach to over 18,000 Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies and Drugs Stores.
We are the exclusive TOTAL Lubricants Distributor since 1998 for more than 16 years in Myanmar with nationwide reach to Lubricants Industrial Customers, Wholesalers and Retailers via 160 Lubricants sales channels.


We are also the Exclusive Distributor of Chevrolet (General Motors) Vehicles in Myanmar with expanding network of Dealerships & Service Centers.

Responsibilities

  • Administration: Accountable to implement the effective and efficient operation procedure to the admin department.
  • Responsible to collect and distribute of official letters, inter-office memorandum, statements from all departments as internal postal services.
  • Supervise and ensure the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Responsible to develop, review, and improve the administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Ensure to collect, organize, and store the information using computers and filing systems.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization Train and supervise the staff of Admin Department to be
    acknowledged to specified SOPs and processes in order to comply with its requirements.

Requirements

  • Any graduate.
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in related field.
  • Preferable minimum 3 years experiences as same level.
  • Leadership skills, Interpersonal Communication skills.
  • Good Computer Skills (MS Office Suites) with Myanmar Typing.
  • Good Communication skill in English (4 skills).
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
