WAREHOUSE STAFF

Job Responsibilities

  • Keeping a record of all the materials and suppliers stored within the warehouse

  • Following the instructions of the warehouse supervisors or managers

  • Maintaining the documents related to the inflow and outflow of all materials

  • Supporting in the legal procedures for documenting the receipt and dispatch of the goods and materials

  • Completing the order forms and the material requisition documents

  • Maintaining a record of surplus, deficit or damaged goods

  • Reporting any discrepancies in the inventories to the supervisors or assigned personnel

  • Getting ready documents, such as pricing lists, inventory levels and similar other paperwork

  • Counting Inventory Physically

  • Assists shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing

  • Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped

  • Sorting the materials accordingly

  • Marking materials with identifying information using appropriate methods

  • Opening bales, crates and other containers as required

  • Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program

Requirements

  • Any Graduate

  • Age under 30 with excellent health conditions

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field

  • Knowledge on Accounting Related is an added advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), E-mail, Internet and Myanmar and English Typing

  • Good commend of English (4 skills)

  • Able to detect discrepancies

  • Able to work under pressures and challenging situations

  • Able to work overtimes if required
