Finance Executive

The Key Responsibilities are to 

- Check and verify purchase request, advance claim, expense claim

- Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash on hand

- Responsible for bank deposits, withdrawals and foreign currency (USD)

- Monitor, update and follow up closely with customers on overdue payment

- Responsible for collecting cheque and cash from Customer

- Maintain Document files (e.g. Invoices vouchers, Advance Vouchers,Fixed
Asset Register and any others team for supporting documents relating to the
finance process.

- Perform monthly closing and prepare monthly management and financial

- Assist in preparations of corporate income tax, commercial tax,
withholding tax, personal income and communication with the tax office.

- To liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and regulatory bodies

- Conduct other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisors and Head of

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Any Graduate (or) LCCI Level 3 (or) B.Com with LCCI Level 3   (
More preferable)

- At least 2 years relevant experience in related field

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel , Accounting Software)

- Candidate with positive attitude, Pro-active, organized and good
communication skills preferred

Working Hours

Monday to Friday  ( 9:00 Am to 6:00 Pm)


Saturday , Sunday and Public Holidays
